This Dutch Flower Shop (123, Woolton Road L15 6TB LIVERPOOL) van frequently blocks the Woolton Cycle Lane for long periods. Parking restrictions (double yellow lines) are not enforced by the Merseyside police.

This lane is an escape route out of a pinch point. The route is used by cyclists, including school children attending nearby King David High School. Despite the lane being both on pavement and demarcated by unbroken white lines (hence mandatory status), LN57 XPS has parked all 4 wheels across the lane on most days, for around a year. Neither discussion, polite screen notes, informing Liverpool direct, nor informing police has yet been successful.

there were about 5 vehicles parked in the cycle lane here today, both sides of the road. this lane is right by a school. any kids leaving by bike would be forced into the quite busy 40mph main road.
